AI Tattoo Generator provides an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate custom tattoo designs based on text prompts or reference images. Our service includes:
- Free Daily Generations: 4 free tattoo generations per day for non-registered users
- Credit System: Registered users can purchase credits to generate unlimited tattoo designs
- New User Bonus: First-time users receive 30 credits upon registration (one-time per Google account)
- Multiple Tattoo Styles: Access to various professional tattoo styles including minimalist, watercolor, realistic, tribal, geometric, and Japanese
- Design Storage: Permanent storage of generated tattoo designs for registered users
- You must register using a valid Google account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our service
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- New users receive 30 credits upon first registration
- This bonus is limited to one per Google account
- Attempts to create multiple accounts to claim bonuses may result in account termination
- You are solely responsible for all activity under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- Generating one tattoo design costs 2 credits
- Credits never expire once purchased
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value

- All purchases are final and non-refundable
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. This includes:
- Unused credits
- Credits used for generations you're not satisfied with
- Credits from promotional offers or bonuses
Before purchasing, we encourage you to:
- Test our free daily generations first
- Review example designs in our gallery
- Understand that AI-generated results may vary
- You retain full ownership of tattoo designs you generate using our service
- You may use generated designs for personal or commercial purposes
- You may share, modify, or distribute your generated designs without restriction
- All platform code, infrastructure, and AI models remain our property
- The AI Tattoo Generator name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
- You may not replicate, copy, or redistribute our platform technology
- By submitting prompts and images, you grant us the right to use them to generate designs
- You represent that you own or have rights to any reference images you upload
- We may use anonymized data to improve our AI models
You agree NOT to use our service to:
- Generate designs with explicit sexual, violent, or illegal content
- Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
- Generate designs depicting minors in any context
- Create hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models
- Abuse the credit system or exploit vulnerabilities
- Create multiple accounts to claim sign-up bonuses
- Use automated tools to generate designs in bulk
- Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
We reserve the right to:
- Remove generated content that violates these terms
- Suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities
- Forfeit credits without refund for violations
- We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- We may perform maintenance with or without notice
- We are not liable for service interruptions
- Daily free generations are limited to 4 per day per device
- AI generation times may vary based on model and server load
- Some generation requests may fail due to technical limitations
- We use automated systems to filter inappropriate content
- Some legitimate prompts may be rejected if flagged by our filters
- We reserve the right to manually review flagged content
Our service relies on third-party providers:
- Replicate AI: AI model hosting and processing
- Google: Authentication services
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Supabase: Database and file storage
We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third parties. Their services are subject to their own terms and conditions.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Accuracy or quality of generated designs
- Fitness for a particular purpose (actual tattooing)
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data transmission
We strongly recommend consulting with a professional tattoo artist before getting any tattoo.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI TATTOO GENERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Decisions made based on generated designs
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months
